Zinc alloy die casting process:
1. Making the Mold
A computerized system is used to engrave your design on the mold
surface by using CNC engraving machine.
Molten material injected in to the mold.
Waste material is eliminated to display the completed design.
Attachment is spot welded on to the back of each piece.
The pins are individually hand polished until smooth and shiny.
Now plating can be processed with various plating.

Zinc Alloy Die Casting pins are lead free and it is especially for
3D items. They have unlimited design possibilities. Die Casting is
used to produce three-dimensional and sculptured items. Die casting
utilizes two steel dies and is geared towards larger items such as
belt buckles, key tags, coasters, etc.
